HEAD COACHES

TROYBECKER
Head Coach, 2031
Becker is the general manager of club operations for 18Lacrosse Collective and the Director of Clippers Lacrosse, one of the country’s preeminent club programs. He has coached Clippers teams to national rankings and led Eighteen National teams at The Circuit, including a Circuit championship appearance with the 2030’s over Memorial Day in 2026. Becker currently serves as the offensive coordinator at Archbishop Spalding in the MIAA A Conference, and led the group to a #3 ranking in the country in 2025. He is the founder of TB1 Lacrosse and played midfield at McDaniel College, graduating in 2017 with a degree in communication and sports management. A Yardley, Pennsylvania native and a graduate of Notre Dame High School, he is based in Baltimore.

BENTackett
Head Coach, 2032
Tackett is the head lacrosse coach at The Kiski School and previously served as an assistant at Robert Morris University. He played at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2018 as a short-stick defensive midfielder and was named a captain as a senior, earning IMLCA East Region Defensive Player of the Year and honorable mention All-American honors. A two-time
All-Liberty League selection, he finished with 45 points (24g, 21a), 159 ground balls and 51 caused turnovers in 64 career games, helping the Tigers to four Liberty League titles, three NCAA Final Four appearances and a national runner-up finish in 2017.

Head Coach, 2033 & Eighteen National Co-Director
Bembry is a co-director of Eighteen National and a US Lacrosse Level III certified coach. He has served as offensive coordinator at Centennial High School in Maryland, youth director at Zingos Lacrosse Club, head coach at the Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys, offensive coordinator at Howard Community College and director of lacrosse at Camp Cobbossee. A graduate of The Phelps School in Malvern, Pennsylvania and a US Lacrosse National Senior Showcase selection, he was a three-year letterwinner at UMBC, a two-time America East champion and a three-time NCAA tournament participant.

Head Coach, 2034
Butler is the assistant director of Clippers Lacrosse and currently an assistant coach at Archbishop Spalding HS in the MIAA. Formerly, Butler served as defensive coordinator at Shawnee High School in New Jersey, where he was named 2023 South Jersey Assistant Coach of the Year and helped the program to South Jersey Group III titles in 2022, 2023 and 2025, as well as the 2023 Group III state championship. He previously served as defensive coordinator at Mercer County Community College. A Pennington, New Jersey native, Butler was a three-year starter on defense at Hopewell Valley Central High School, a senior captain and a 2013 US Lacrosse All-American. He went on to play in the MCLA at the University of Mississippi, where he was a two-time captain and graduated in 2018 with a degree in marketing and corporate relations.

KYLEHARRISON
NATIONAL TEAM STAFF
Harrison is one of the most decorated players in the history of the sport. A Baltimore native, he captained the undefeated 2005 Johns Hopkins national championship team and won the 2005 Tewaaraton Award as the best player in college lacrosse. He was the first overall pick in the 2005 MLL draft, played seventeen professional seasons across the MLL and the Premier Lacrosse League, and represented the United States national team twice. He was inducted into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2023.

NATIONAL TEAM STAFF
Heffron has served as the Clippers assistant director for the last two years. Prior to Clippers, he served as assistant coach at Wagner College, where the Seahawks set a program records for conference wins and finished among the top twenty nationally in man-down defense. He previously spent three seasons at Ferrum College as an assistant coach, defensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator, running day-to-day operations, team travel and recruiting. A Bowie, Maryland native, Heffron played at Wagner from 2015 to 2018 and served as director of camps at Blue Star Lacrosse in Princeton, New Jersey, where he handled staffing and development programming for week-long camps.

Lindberg is a general manager at Eighteen National, the head coach at Trinity High School and the lacrosse director at Team Money in Pennsylvania, where he oversees the club coaching and player development.
