Having a consistent coaching staff for Eighteen National players is a pillar we focus on when it comes to the player experience.

Coaches on Eighteen National are carefully selected from other Eighteen programming and put with a group we see the potential for the most success, both on and off the field. Having coaches stick with their age group & grad year while players age up from youth lacrosse and through high school will allow the most success for our players and families.
